Chicago-based celebrepreneur Marcus Lemonis is chairman and CEO of Camping World and Good Sam, in addition to host of CNBC’s “The Profit.”
Camping World is the world’s largest supplier of RVs and RV parts, while Good Sam is the largest community of RV owners that is working to improve the RV experience.
Lemonis became nationally known through his television show “The Profit.” The show follows as Lemonis helps struggling small businesses in various industries.
In January 2016, Lemonis announced his new show “The Partner,” which also will air on CNBC this summer. “This is an application to apply for the chance to be a partner in every business you have seen as part of ‘The Profit’ and even some other ones,” Lemonis said. “It will be for a three-year employment contract for $150,000 a year and 1 percent of the total equity of Marcus Lemonis LLC.”
He received a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in political science, criminology and economics.
