Maryam Saleh is entrepreneur in residence at Abundant Venture Partners, which she joined in July 2017. She’s also an adviser at health care technology hub Matter, where she previously oversaw programming.
“I love to build business, and I have a passion for health care and community-building,” she told Blue Sky. “Everything I’ve done over the past 10 years reflects that.”
She founded and managed the Center for Device Development at Northwestern University before joining Matter as director of member experience in 2014.
Saleh also is a cofounder of 3.8, a Matter initiative to promote the inclusion of women on boards of startups.
She has a B.S. in computer engineering from Brown University and Ph.D. in computational neuroscience from the University of Chicago.
