Kristi Zuhlke is CEO of KnowledgeHound, a company she co-founded in 2013 to help large companies more easily use their own market research and leverage their collective data knowledge.
Zuhlke was a customer insights manager for Procter & Gamble Co. when she discovered large companies were often unaware they have research in a particular area, which can lead to duplicate studies.
“It came from my work while I was at P&G,” she said. “I experienced a pain point and I had an idea about how to fix it and I started KnowledgeHound.”
Clients include P&G, Whirlpool, SC Johnson and Clorox.
The company raised $2.7 million in Series A funding in 2016, following the $1.2 million in seed funding it raised in 2015.
Zuhlke has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurship from Xavier University.
